One Blazer – Three Ways – Corporate Office

This week I’m bringing you a three part series starring this pink blazer from a wardrobe favorite! See how I’ve styled this look for all my corporate ladies!

Hello Loves! For the next few posts, I’m bringing you a little bit of a series with look with one thing in common… a BOMB Blazer! If you watched the video post, you know that this little guy caught my eye and made it into my closet for around $40. Now being from a J.Crew entity, and in this bright stylish color, for that price, it was a no brainer for me. I must confess, I’m a slight blazer addict and the funny thing is, my office doesn’t even require them. But rather be overdress than underdressed (amiright?!)

So, back to this focal piece, this over the next few posts, you’ll see me sporting this beauty in three different ways. One for my professionals, one for my creative offices, and another for a casual type of vibe. Let the games begin!

First up, I’m hitting the office heavy on a Monday prepared for presentation that was sprung on me last minute. When you’re a pinch and need a professional outfit to wear to the office, a blazer, blouse and skirt is the first place I’m heading.

Since it’s still in the warmer summer months, I went for a crisp ivory skirt from J.Crew Factory. It’s a thicker fabric but really holds it’s shape and wears well in the office. If you’re nervous about wearing such a light color (trust me I take city transportation to work), it’s super easy to clean (I toss mine in the wash and hang it dry). Plus this skirt comes in a bunch of different colors for you to mix and match! I’m upset I didn’t purchase more!

For my blouse, I kept things in the same pink color range with a silk pastel pink blouse. It’s soft, versatile, and adds a bit of sophistication to all my outfits.

To finish the look off, I went with peach pink colored jewelry, a classic pair of nude heels and my trusty beige handbag. Nothing screams corporate more than nude accessories and a large tote! We talk about investment pieces all the time and I never skimp on bags. This one is my go to and provides both style and function.

Stay tuned the rest of the week as I share looks all featuring this one blazer! Up next, something for my start up ladies!
